Beijing Huolunfeng Technology Ltd. (“HaowanH5”, or the “Company”) , established in September 2015, focuses on the development and operation of Html5-based products. The Company aims to build the largest H5 gaming platform in China that provides attractive games for players, and technical supports, billing solutions and distributing services for developers.

Html5 (H5 for short) is a markup language used for structuring and presenting content on the World Wide Web. With H5 technology, players can enjoy games with no need to download the games, which makes H5 games more easier to share and spread.

HaowanH5 has cooperated with many internet companies including Baidu (NASDAQ:BIDU), Chineseall Digital (SZ:300364), 1758 Micro Games, etc. The Company has also worked with several mobile operators including China Mobile which has been providing a huge platform for the Company to promote its H5 games to billions of users, and a billing channel for H5 games with its billing port via messaging.

After HaowanH5’s two-year development, hundreds of games covering different themes have been displayed on HaowanH5’s platform. HaowanH5 emphasizes on the development of H5 engine technology as well. Its self-developed engine focuses on multiplayer real-time interactions, and games embedded with the engine can run smoothly as the size of the engine is under 100k. HaowanH5 is expected to complete development of the first two-player real-time-interaction H5 game in the near future.

TCC Capital invested in HaowanH5 at the end of 2015, and has been furnishing financial support and strategy consulting services for the Company.
